Mother-child or father-child health retreats

Mother-child or father-child health retreats are not part of the free medical care provided by the Armed Forces. However, they are supported if there is a corresponding social indication. Soldiers can submit applications for this to the regional medical service facility. As a rule, however, a declaration of cost coverage by the child's health insurer is required in advance so that the child can participate in a medical care measure for the soldier (parent) covered by the German Armed Forces.
