The Psychosocial Network (PSN)

Four specialist disciplines work closely together within the PSN to support soldiers:

• Medical Service of the German Armed Forces (SanDstBw),
• Psychological Service of the German Armed Forces (PsychDstBw),
• Social Services of the German Armed Forces,
• Catholic and Protestant military chaplaincy.

Such a network is active at every location and at every place of deployment to help soldiers cope with their problems. Those affected and their families thus have the opportunity to choose from a range of support services that are easily accessible to them depending on their personal preferences: medical, psychological, socio-educational or spiritual.
