The Nummer gegen Kummer (children's and young people's helpline) is a telephone counselling service for children and young people, available nationwide, anonymously and free of charge. Counselling is also available by email. Counselling hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. + Monday to Saturday 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
