In the smartphone app offered by the Bundeswehr Hospital in Berlin Coach PTSD soldiers and their families receive comprehensive information on PTSD and other post-deployment illnesses. The app is available as Therapist for your pocket It is designed to help those affected recognise symptoms and assess them correctly.

The smartphone app Coach PTSD includes, among other things:

  • Information on PTSD and other trauma-related disorders,
  • Information on treatment options,
  • Contact details for professional support services,
  • Self-assessment test,
  • Instructions for various relaxation techniques and exercises.
