einfach. Wenn es zur Party ging, bei Familienfeiern und auch mal zum Abendessen gab es Alkohol. Mal mehr, mal weniger, selten auch mal einen st\u00e4rkeren Rausch. Er vertrug Alkohol schon immer ziemlich gut. Anerkennung gab\u00b4s daf\u00fcr im Kameradenkreis: \u201eDer kann ordentlich was ab\u201c. Wenn alle schon betrunken waren, konnte Marco noch einige weitere Runden vertragen.<\/p>\n<p>Damals trank er noch nicht jeden Tag, aber auf den unz\u00e4hligen Lehrg\u00e4ngen und Ausbildungen wurde auch immer mal unter der Woche gebechert. Irgendwann kam der erste Auslandseinsatz, Familienzuwachs, sp\u00e4ter weitere Eins\u00e4tze, unverhofft Zwillinge, das neue Haus musste abbezahlt werden und die Verantwortung wuchs.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einer Versetzung in einen neuen Verband als S3 verbunden mit Wochenendpendelei sowie immer mal wieder auftretenden finsteren Erinnerungen an die Eins\u00e4tze stellte sich ein enormes Gef\u00fchl der Belastung ein. Marco merkte schnell, dass sich unangenehme Situationen, Druck und Probleme mit Alkohol besser aushalten lie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Er nutzte das Trinken anfangs, um nach dem Dienst entspannen zu k\u00f6nnen und um \u201erunter zu kommen\u201c, dann um besser einzuschlafen und am Ende schlie\u00dflich, um \u00fcberhaupt noch einigerma\u00dfen zu funktionieren. Die Probleme mit dem Trinken kamen nicht \u00fcber Nacht, sondern entwickelten sich nach und nach. Wenn er darauf angesprochen wurde, wiegelte er ab, denn er hatte nicht das Gef\u00fchl, nicht aufh\u00f6ren zu k\u00f6nnen. Immerhin konnte er auch mal eine Woche ohne Alkohol auskommen und seine Ausreden vor anderen und sich selbst wurden immer ausgefeilter. Er fl\u00fcchtete sich in Phantasie und L\u00fcgen aus Angst, wegen seines Verhaltens von anderen Menschen absch\u00e4tzig betrachtet zu werden. Viele in der Einheit wussten von seinen Problemen, aber bis auf ein paar Versuchen, die sich gut abwiegeln lie\u00dfen, hat die Fassade \u00fcber lange Zeit gehalten.<\/p>\n<p>Irgendwann verlor er seinen F\u00fchrerschein, das Vertrauen seiner Kinder und seine Selbstachtung. Die psychischen, k\u00f6rperlichen und dienstlichen Probleme h\u00e4uften sich bis hin zu ernsten Fehlentscheidungen und auch die Familie drohte zu zerbrechen.<\/p><\/div><div id=\"field_4_11\"
