{"id":1006,"date":"2025-03-04T20:15:31","date_gmt":"2025-03-04T19:15:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aads.patmo.app\/?post_type=hilfsangebot&#038;p=1006"},"modified":"2025-06-11T21:39:58","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T19:39:58","slug":"the-invisible-suffering-of-affected-soldiers","status":"publish","type":"hilfsangebot","link":"https:\/\/angriff-auf-die-seele.de\/en\/hilfsangebot\/unsichtbaresleid-betroffener-soldatinnen-und-soldaten\/","title":{"rendered":"Film 1: #Invisible Suffering \u2013 Perspectives of affected soldiers and veterans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>#UnsichtbaresLeid (Invisible Suffering) is a campaign to raise awareness of the problems faced by active and former soldiers and #Veterans of the #Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of their service \u2013 and the strain this places on their families.<\/p>\n<p>This short film impressively shows the perspective of affected soldiers and veterans.<\/p>\n<p>The four short films in the campaign provide a personal and emotional insight into the inner lives of people living with the psychological consequences of foreign deployments \u2013 deliberately not in the form of a traditional report, but as a subjective narrative. Partners and children also have their say.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign was organised by <em>Angriff auf die Seele e.\u202fV.<\/em> The films were produced in collaboration with the German Hardship Foundation, the Catholic Family Foundation and the German Armed Forces Psychotrauma Centre.
